Should every correction go through feedback?

Use feedback for data corrections and disagreements with a Kernel value. Use support for access issues, failed jobs, missing records, package issues, or anything blocking product usage.

Feedback is for reviewing data. Support is for operational problems.

Use feedback when

  • A field value looks wrong.
  • The customer has evidence for a better value.
  • A record should be reviewed by Kernel.
  • The issue is not blocking product access or sync.

Use support when

  • The app is inaccessible.
  • A sync or workflow failed.
  • Records are missing from a workflow.
  • A package, permission, or integration issue blocks usage.
