Check this first

  • Which field needs refresh?
  • Is the field on Account or Kernel Account?
  • Is it part of the customer's refresh scope?
  • Is it an identity, hierarchy, firmographic, custom, or action field?
  • Does the customer expect a commercial answer about included refreshes?

What to send support

  • Field label/API name.
  • Example Account ID.
  • Expected refresh cadence.
  • Whether the customer is asking about product behavior or subscription scope.
