Why is a Kernel field missing from one Salesforce object?
Last updated: June 21, 2026
Short answer
A Kernel field can be missing from one Salesforce object because it was only created on the Kernel Account object, was not mapped to Account, or is not part of the customer's current package/configuration.
Do not treat this as missing enrichment until you confirm which object should hold the value.
Check this first
- Is the field on Account, Kernel Account, or both?
- Is the API name the same as expected?
- Is the package version current?
- Is there a mapping that writes the value onto Account?
- Is the value present on the Kernel object?
What to send support
- Field label and API name.
- Account ID and Kernel Account ID.
- Screenshot or export showing where the field is missing.
- Expected destination object.
