Is Kernel sync automatic?

Short answer

Some Kernel workflows are scheduled or automatic. Others are triggered by a backfill, record sync, on-demand action, inbound request, or support/admin process. Check the configured workflow before assuming a cadence.

Check this first

  • Is the question about pulling records, enrichment, refresh, or CRM writeback?
  • Is the customer on scheduled sync, record sync, inbound, or a one-off backfill?
  • Was the Account created after the last run?
  • Is the field configured for ongoing refresh?

What to send support

  • Account ID or affected cohort.
  • Expected field and destination object.
  • Approximate time the record was created or updated.
  • Workflow name or run details, if visible.
